Preformed pellets react further in the forming tank with FIFO screw conveying and adjustable speed. Anti-adhesion aeration with variable air volume suits different liquids and pellets. Popping boba and liquid are separated automatically, with liquid recycled. Automatic liquid replenishment ensures stable production. The covered U-tank with return valve enables CIP cleaning for easy maintenance.

After forming, popping boba is pre-cooked in a U-shaped tank with FIFO screw conveying and adjustable speed. The aeration system prevents particles from settling. Hot water is recycled via a circulating pump, heated by steam through a tube heat exchanger with automatic temperature control and water replenishment. The U-shaped tank features a jacketed insulated bottom, sealed top cover, and an exhaust hood to remove steam efficiently.
